Liability Concerning Content

Pursuant to § 7 (1) of the TMG (German Telemedia Act), we as service providers are responsible for the original content on this website in accordance with general legislation. But according to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are neither obligated to monitor transferred or stored information of third parties nor to research circumstances that suggest an illegal activity.

Requirements to delete or block the use of information remain untouched according to general legislation. However, a liability to that effect is first assumed at the point in time at which specific legal infringements become known. As soon as legal violations are recognized, we shall immediately remove the violating content.
